Ember & Lime started the way most good things do — in a kitchen, with a love for food that goes back as far as I can remember. Growing up, cooking wasn't just something that happened at dinnertime. It was how we showed up for each other. It was where the good stuff happened.
After years of cooking for family and friends and watching people's faces light up after the first bite, I knew I had something worth sharing. Southwest Louisiana deserves bold, creative food that doesn't ask you to drive hours to find it. So I built Ember & Lime — a trailer, a menu, and a mission to bring something genuinely special to SWLA.
Every flavor on this menu is intentional. The smoke, the citrus, the heat — that's not a gimmick, that's just how I cook. I hope you taste the difference.
